5.3 to 5.7 injector data

Could I copy all injector data from ls1 stock file to my tune? I bored my 5.3 lm7 to 5.7 ls1 specs because of pitting and used the ls1 flat top pistons. The Tahoe is originally flex fuel and has 33lb injectors. I believe the ls1 used 28lb injectors. The tune is running ok but it is leaning out with load (going uphill) and causing some knock. I also see either rich or lean spikes on deceleration. I've noticed high MAP 60-80kpa and Cylinder airmass 40-60g and o2 1 and 2 lean trims during the knock events. I'm new to tuning but feel like maybe the stock injector settings are causing this. It is running fine and the knock isn't too bad but bothersome. I haven't floored it and also on revision 85 due to the knock. lol.

This is my daily. I'm trying to build it pretty mild.
Engine is 5.3 lm7 with bored to 5.7 specs
tsp stage 2 low lift cam and beehive springs 212/218 .550/.550 112 lsa
4l60e stage 2 transgo shift kit and corvette servo.
fti 2800 stall.
NNBS intake with the 4 bolt TB.
speed engineering shorty headers.
New motor mounts.

If it has L59 injectors and L59 fuel system it should use L59 injector data. If it has LS1 injectors and LS1 fuel system it should use LS1 injector data. You do not play swaptronics with injector data to make it run better, the specs are the specs, they are not a tuning aid.

I'm the last person to want to play "swaptronics" with my daily hence why I'm asking the question and not making the change to figure it out myself. So I'm not able to adjust the volume of fuel sprayed or pulsewidths then? Besides trying to richen up the knock side of the VE what else could help?

In the log you posted, where is it going lean? Point out a time stamp. I looked through it and did not see anywhere where it was "going lean".

These two events. Remember, I'm new at this but I just think with it going a few trims lean could be causing the knock. It's not even like way too lean that's why I was thinking the VE won't do anything for me but maybe changing injector pulses or limits would help.

You don't tune it by changing injector data, you tune it by adjusting MAF and/or VE and spark, with those changes based on real data, collected in a systematic way. You don't finger-bang injector data to 'tune' it any more than you'd tweak the MAP linear/offset to correct the fueling. Come on.

If you're getting aggravated with my learning go reply on some other thread. Maybe there's a senior tuner somewhere needing help.

You can't consider either of those events as "going lean". The trims and O2s will constantly toggle. What you're looking at is completely normal operation.

Secondly, knock activity, knock retard, is not the end of the world. You don't have to toon it until it's gone. Some amount of knock retard is perfectly normal. That's why it has knock sensors, and 2 different timing tables, and knock recovery, etc. Don't get all twisted up about it.
