I figure that once you have the HPTuner Pro you only need the basic LM-1 since the tuner will do the rest of what the +RPM, and +LMA3 do for those that dont have an HPTuner.
Recommendations? Keep in mind I want to tune my own vehicle + others on the side.
If you are going to tune others, the LM-1 is a good choice, and it's all you need, you don't need the other stuff like RPM, etc....HPT logs that for you anyways..
You COULD even go with an LC-1 but it's a lot more work setting it up...BUT it's only $199 most places..
I'd say LM-1 only, no RPM etc.. :)
like stone said, if its for just your car, then you could do the LC1, but there are better options out there..aem, dynojet, plx..ect...the LM1 if you want to tune other vehicles or just not have to worry about wiring it up in your car.
yeah...LC1 is really designed to be an installed device and not a mobile device...where the LM1 is made to be removed if necessary or desired and is easir to migrate from one vehicle to another...
however you can do what myself and many other users have done ad build you own custom box so that the LC1 IS very portable....
and of course...theres a lot of other options out there for widebands...
all of them pretty much use the same Oxygen sensor....
From looking at that innovate webpage, it says that I can use LC-1 sensors in place of my stock narrowbands. Does this mean that it has two outputs; one for the stock PCM and another output for the enhanced IO (Pro version)?
