Can?t tune back to stock for some reason

I have had a tune put on my car remotely it is a GM 3.6L TT the LF4 platform. I have one tune from my tuner and the stock tune. I am definitely new to this and not sure how everything works still. At one point after getting my tune from the tuner I did accidentally flashed it back to stock. After contacting the tuner he explained it to me then I re-flashed the the right tune and it has been running top notch for over a year. I need to flash it to stock but I keep getting a message ?tune contains additional controllers that are not yet licensed and insufficient credits available?. So I know it was capable of going back to stock previously. My tuner said I should be able to do it without credits. I am using the RTD+ with my phone so I don?t have any options as far as seeing what the controllers are or changing anything, all I can do is write the tunes. What am I missing or if anyone can point me in the right direction to research more myself I would appreciate anything you got!! Thanks
