What does 00 (double zero) in a histogram represent?
probably a number in front of that 00 that is being cut off. Which histogram?

Could be data error. The histo will show 2 #'s, if its 00 then the most significant # is being cut off.
Bingo! I looked at the .csv file in Excel, and sure enough, there were a few data lines with values of 100 in them. Thank you for clearing this up.
