New mpvi3 in mail today, Updated to 5.0 and now I have Unsupported interface error. I could scan and read fine with last version of Suite.

New mpvi3 in mail today, Updated to 5.0 and now I have Unsupported interface error. I could scan and read fine with last version of Suite.
Update, uninstalled 5.0 and installed 4.1 and everything is working again.

Same here, I connected the interface MPVI2 to the vehicle, tried to write it and the interface go to firmware update, finished successfully tried to write an then boom the ?unsupported interface message?
i just opened a ticket.. #(77253)
in my case the car is stuck in the middle porch?lol whatever if the life brings you lemons do a lemonade?
I?m a long time user the first time that i have reliability issue do a firmware update I hope this can be a easy fix.
