Need help with am LS1 tune, after the 1st scan the car sits for 5-10 min. When I start the 2nd scan the car run lean. Can some one tell me what is wrong? No change is made to the tune from scan to scan:banghead:

That doesn't make any sense.
Just running a scan won't cause it to run lean.
What exactly are you doing?
What is the exact setup you are working with? Are you trying to tune it and the changes you are making are causing this problem?
I used to see something like that on occasion. When the scan was looking all wonky I would drive for about 10 minutes, restart the scan, and everything looked ok again.
