Did I just brick my E38 PCM?

Long story short,

This is a 69 Camaro swap car. It didn't have engine grounding, so 2007 E38 was going bad.

I ordered a replacement PCM from Rockauto, but for 2009 model year. Then I had several days of problems with GM SPS to flash the correct 2009 software. So I got bored and used 4 credits to flash 2009 Corvette stock tune to the PCM.

After removing VATS it didn't start. No injector milliseconds on the log.

Finally got GM SPS working and flashed the PCM with correct method (replace and reprogram ECM).

I did a full read with HPTuners and now my SPS-flashed PCM has VATS still removed (!!!) even without doing anything with HPTuners...and it still doesn't start.
