Po106 stage 4 tsp cam 5.3l lh9

2011 5.3l lh9 from a canyon. In a 04 Colorado with t-56, vvt delete, ls2 intake, ls2 tb, volant Intake long tube headers. With tsp stage 4 truck cam.

Using a 2008 Hummer h3 pcm, I had this exact setup running a ls3 cam np tunning it, put in tsp cam amd it sets po106 no matter what I do try setting base spark between 16-30, and added 2 to the base running airflow, I allways get 46kpa map which is too low? Then it sets the code po106 and goes to 67kpa?

How do I fix this? It?s a dog off the line allmost stalls letting out the clutch
