To start with take 0.5g out of your start up air at the hot temperature. Get this bit right then look again to see if it's still out. Add IVT, Minimum airflow, Engine runtime and Engine off time to your scanner.

I will take some g/s out of the startup airflow table (ecm 12194) and see what happens, this table is only referenced for 4 seconds after startup?
something to note in the log posted above; the peak of the lean spot is at about 11 seconds of run time. thanks
I do not have min air listed as a channel in my pid list.
Might want to log trim errors against tip temp and dial in tip temp table too.
Yes that's right. Your air is high to start with which it holds then it slowly bleeds off. In the mean time you're pulling a heap of spark. All of that will be contributing. Get that part closer then revisit your fuelling. It's a bit of a dance for a couple of tune iterations
Well just lowering startup airflow helped heaps. Appreciate the help! Will post a log here soon
