No vehicle power detected

Verify power connections and key position:

1.

Verify that cable is firmly connected to the vehicle and laptop.

2.

Verify that your OBD-II port has power (check fuse panel).

3.

Verify that the key is in the ignition and in the ON position.

NOTE: When trying to read or write the vehicle's tune, the vehicle ignition must be in the Key ON, Engine OFF state. See Vehicle ON for more information.

4.

Wait 10 seconds and try again.
