September 30th, 2005: HP Tuners and Superchips Racing team up
HP Tuners LLC today announced a strategic agreement with Superchips Inc. of Sanford, Florida. The agreement aims to deliver highly advanced custom tuning solutions to racers and enthusiasts alike. This new association will marry the most powerful tuning software available in the industry, HP Tuners' VCM Suite, and the best selling handheld programmer in the world, the Superchips FLASHPAQ and MAX MicroTuners. May 22nd, 2005: Announcing HP Tuners VCM Suite v1.7.0!!
HP Tuners is pleased to announce the release of VCM Suite v1.7.0. This release includes our new "1 bar - Speed Density Enhanced" option for all 1999 and later LS1 V8 powered vehicles and also expanded support on "2bar Speed Density" for forced induction applications on 2004 and later LS1 V8 powered vehicles with 1Mb PCM's. This release also includes other minor enhancements such as improved table axis labeling, units display and other minor bug fixes. This is a recommended (and free) update to all current customers.
April 24th, 2005: Keith sets a new record, again!!!
A few weeks ago Keith shattered the cam only record with a 10.34@127. The same day he also was able to cut a 1.31 60' with his naturally aspirated vehicle. With more in the car he went racing again tying the new record set just hours before with a 10.295@128.48 on a 1.36 60'. All of this was accomplished with an open loop speed density tune using HP Tuners 1bar enhanced product making the large LG Motorsports G5X4 cam idle and drive better.
April 1st, 2005: 619whp using HP Tuners with fwd V6!
INTENSE Racing has raised the bar once again with their V6 turbo car. INTENSE uses HP Tuners VCM Suite to scan and tune their record setting vehicles with their fastest being a 10.1@137 in a front wheel drive V6!
January 21st, 2005: 822rwhp using HP Tuners 2bar Speed Density!
This immaculately prepared car running a More Performance built 427ci C5R block and ATI F1 Procharger recently stomped out an amazing 822rwhp on 93 octane gas! The car is running the newly released HP Tuners 2bar Speed Density Enhancement and used HP Tuners VCM Suite software for tuning. Bryan Wilkinson, the proud owner of this mighty beast, is planning on upgrading to the F1-R Procharger in an attempt to crack the 1000rwhp barrier... we can't wait to hear more about that! HP Tuners proves again to be the most powerful tuning program available for your GM/Holden LS1 V8 or GM V6 powered car or truck with the announcement of VCM Suite v1.6.0. January 6th, 2005: Over 800rwhp using HP Tuners 3 bar product!
Speed Inc. is the first to put down big numbers with a 3bar MAP sensor in a boosted car using a stock PCM. Using HP Tuners 3bar MAP sensor product, they were able to safely tune 809rwhp using only 16lbs of boost. No need to rewire the entire car. Simply fit the 3bar MAP sensor to your vehicle and tune away! Read all about it here!
